Our stringent process ensures that you receive a product of the highest quality. Prior to shipping, all hair orders undergo rigorous inspection to guarantee your utmost satisfaction. Your contentment is our paramount focus throughout every step of the process.
Upon receiving your deposit, we commence the careful processing of your order. Please note that once the processing begins, no changes or cancellations can be accommodated. If you choose to cancel your order after processing has initiated, we regret to inform you that the deposit is non-refundable.
Packaging and Shipping:
Once your order is completed, we will provide images and videos of the final product for your confirmation. Subsequently, buyer information will be verified, and the items will be meticulously packaged and dispatched.
Receiving Your Order:
Upon the arrival of your order, we encourage you to extend a warm welcome to your new acquisition. In the rare event of any manufacturing issues, rest assured that our warranty is in place to address and rectify such concerns. If you encounter any issues, please promptly record a video capturing the details of the unboxing process. This video serves as a crucial reference point, enabling us to expedite resolutions efficiently.
The deposit is non-refundable once the order processing has commenced.

Return & Replacement Policy:
Accepting returns within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Returns requested after 30 calendar days will not be honored.
Products must be sent back for return processing.
Contact Client Care for online purchase returns.
A pre-paid UPS label is provided for returns.
Include all items and the original invoice in the return package.
Merchandise must be in original condition.
Used or altered merchandise is not accepted.
Zip ties and tags must be intact; absence results in a return without a refund.
Thorough examination upon receipt; refund issued for unused, original condition products.
30-calendar day product defect exchange policy from the date of purchase.
Perming, coloring, or any hair processing voids the Product Exchange Policy.
No refunds or exchanges if the wig is cut, altered, appears worn, or manipulated with styling tools.
Refunds/exchanges not honored for units with applied products or damaged bases.
Damage from sewing needles voids the refund/exchange policy.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address:
Check and provide accurate address information.
No refunds for refused or abandoned shipments due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
